Great place! My loaner had a tire leak that couldn't be repaired. Since it was a loaner, I obviously didn't want to buy a tire. They graciously moved my groceries to the back seat and put the spare on so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealership on a Friday afternoon at no charge. I will be coming here from now on when I have a tire issue or purchase. Highly recommend! Update 07/18/24: Still the best place to go for tire issues. They really care about their customers! Highly recommend

Jordan's and their staff have earned my business for every vehicle that I own as long as I am in the area. I brought my wife's van in for some new tires and to look at a lock actuator that was making noise. They had those issues fixed right away, and also provided me some options for some other issues that I was not aware of. Normally I'm not a fan of feeling like I'm being upsold, but these additional items were not like that at all. Necessary repairs that would have quickly caused me a much larger problem. Upon picking up the van, I noticed that the automatic sliding door was no longer fully latching when it was closed using the automatic feature. The staff did not hesitate at all and immediately said, "It happened in our shop, so we will fix it." This issue proved very difficult to chase down, but they took responsibility at every given opportunity to ensure that everything was in working order. The exceptional level of integrity, honesty, and compassion that I experienced from the staff has made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Jordan's, for showing me that there are still good people in the automotive repair industry.

Had an unexpected tire issue that was going to leave us stranded if we didn’t find anywhere to get the problem resolved. Discount tire was 5 mins away but had a 2 hour wait, even with an appointment! That’s when we decided to get to Jordan’s and see if they could help. The frontman was Bryant, and he was a rockstar with his customer service. He offered multiple options and got his crew on it right away. Bilal & sim were the techs that jumped on it and took the extra time to ensure that my tire wasn’t going to leak anymore. For the inconvenience and anxiety that came with the situation, these guys were professional in every way and got me back on the road safely and efficiently! Good job guys.

Jordan’s Tire is the best place to get your tire needs taken care of! I’m not sure why you would go anywhere else in Rowlett. They take care of work quickly and their prices are more than fair. They are the only place in Rowlett I go for my tire needs.

Thank you so such they did a great job with my Jaguar s-type I've been going to Jordan's car care for two to three years now and they have always did an excellent job on my vehicle's. Left my PT appointment in Rowlett and saw I had a low tire indicator. Called my husband to tell him and be suggested stopping at the first gas station and putting air in it. We live in forney so it wasn’t like he could just run over here and help me. The first thing I saw before a gas station was this Jordan’s tire. I asked if I could get their help putting air in. They were so kind and helpful. As I walked to my car and checked the tire I saw a screw so I went back in and said I need more than just air because I see a screw. Bingo! That’s the problem. They patched it for me at a very reasonable price. There place of business was immaculate and I sat in an air conditioned waiting area while they did the work. All of the young men that helped me were polite and helpful!! I always pray for God to order my steps and I thank Him for providing this place for me to stop and get my tire fixed!

This was the nicest Car shop I've ever been to. There was actually people at the desk (previously went to 3 other shops, no body around) they greeted me immediately and helped me with my Inspection and had me completely finished before I could even finish my coffee ☕ 😁. I had my Truck alignment done at Jordan's, also had new TPMS sensors installed. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I had very little wait time, but did make a appointment. My review is good. And would use them if I needed to.
