Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Before completion someone will come out and give me a summary of what they found and we discuss what they will do. They are thorough and timely, no long waits and no surprises.
Every time I go to Jordan's I am always treated professionally, and kept informed on what's going on. Very professional, both management and staff. Will not go anywhere else, it's hard to find a reputable company who is not just out to take advantage of you, I trust Jordan's that they are not overcharging or replacing items not required.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing on Saturday for a battery. I thought they were open until later. Fortunately because I am a customer, they stayed open to get the battery installed. That's why I am a Jordan's customer!
